Description
Exchangeable combustion chamber (insert) for the VHM cylinder head AA33098. Chamber volume 22.20 cc. 🔴 The insert fits ONLY the VHM head AA33098 — it cannot be fitted into the OEM head. This insert is shaped for the VHM piston with a 12° dome (APKT25021754A1). Do not use it with the OEM piston — the lettered inserts are for that. Compared with the VHM standard (21.80 cc) it has a larger volume, i.e. lower compression: better over-rev and more top speed at the cost of bottom-end response. It also tolerates lower-octane fuel. Quick to change — the insert simply sits in the head and seals with O-rings. The last characters of the part number are engraved on the insert, so you cannot mix them up. Fits: Husaberg TE 250 (2011–2014); Husqvarna TE 250 (2014–2016); KTM 250 EXC (2007–2016); Husqvarna TC 250 (2014–2016); KTM 250 SX (2007–2016); KTM 250 SXS (2007–0); KTM 250 XC (2007–2013); KTM 250 XC-W (2007–2016).
