Inserts for the VHM head AA33156
VHM standard
In general: smaller volume = higher compression = more pull but better fuel needed; larger volume = lower compression, the engine revs out more freely and tolerates pump fuel. If in doubt, take the standard.
Based on the VHM manufacturer charts.

Exchangeable combustion chamber (insert) for the VHM cylinder head AA33156. Chamber volume 11.60 cc. 🔴 The insert fits ONLY the VHM head AA33156 — it cannot be fitted into the OEM head. This insert is shaped for the VHM piston with a 12° dome (APKT12511725). Do not use it with the OEM piston — the lettered inserts are for that. This is the VHM standard insert for this head — the default choice if you are not sure which one to pick. Quick to change — the insert simply sits in the head and seals with O-rings. The last characters of the part number are engraved on the insert, so you cannot mix them up. Fits: Husqvarna TC 125 (2016–2022); KTM 125 SX (2016–2022); Husqvarna TX 125 (2017–2019); KTM 125 XC-W (2017–2019); GasGas MC 125 (2021–2023).
