Akrapovic Slip-On for YZFR6 is the most popular exhaust upgrade — you only replace the muffler, the header remains OEM. Result: the bike comes alive sonically, loses 1–2 kg from the tail, and visually it's a different machine. Material: carbon/titanium. The carbon muffler cover absorbs vibrations and doesn't transfer heat to the surroundings — ideal for motorcycles with heat-sensitive plastics. Visually, carbon is unmatched: matte or glossy, both look premium even after years of riding. Any mechanic can complete the installation in an hour — bolt-on to the original mounting.
