Akrapovic Slip-On for TI/CF F900R/XR is the most popular exhaust upgrade — you only replace the muffler, the header remains OEM. Result: the bike comes alive sound-wise, you shave off 1–2 kg from the tail, and visually it's a different machine. Material: titanium. The Akrapovic titanium muffler is 40–60% lighter than the steel OEM exhaust. Titanium is also more resistant to corrosion and can withstand higher temperatures — that's why Akrapovic uses it in MotoGP engine exhausts as well. Installation can be done by any mechanic in an hour — bolt-on to the original mounting points. Works perfectly without ECU remapping, remapping is not a requirement (but it adds power).
