Akrapovic Evolution Line for YXZ 1000R is a complete exhaust system — from the header pipe all the way to the exhaust muffler. Evolution Line is the top of the Akrapovic range for production motorcycles: the exhaust is made from titanium, the system weight is 30–50% lower than OEM, and the sound is noticeably more aggressive even without a remap. The Akrapovic titanium muffler is 40–60% lighter than a steel OEM exhaust. Titanium is also more resistant to corrosion and can withstand higher temperatures — which is why Akrapovic also uses it in MotoGP engine exhausts. The complete system includes a stainless steel or titanium header pipe, a connecting link and a titanium/carbon muffler. Installation is direct (bolt-on) — no cutting, welding or adapters required.
