Akrapovic Racing Line for RACE TI YZF-R7 — a complete exhaust system made of stainless steel and titanium, designed for maximum performance on the road as well as on the track. The Racing Line includes a header (collector pipe) + exhaust silencer — a complete replacement of the OEM exhaust system from the engine to the tail pipe. The Akrapovic titanium silencer is 40–60% lighter than the OEM steel exhaust. Titanium is also more resistant to corrosion and withstands higher temperatures — which is why Akrapovic also uses it in MotoGP engine exhausts. Result compared to OEM: weight reduced by 2–4 kg, the sound of the motorcycle is clearly better, and with a remap the engine delivers more.
