The rubber boot between carburettor and cylinder head. A cracked boot draws false air and the engine will not hold an idle. Fits: YAMAHA V-Max 1200 (1985–2002). Genuine Tourmax CHY-57 part — a Japanese replacement parts programme for road and older machines.
