CDI control unit

This is a genuine KTM PowerParts item supplied by the motorcycle manufacturer, not an aftermarket replacement. CDI control unit with optimised ignition timing for higher speed and increased performance. Two different ignition curves are available — the first brings more power in the higher rev range, the second (plugged off) also brings more power than the stock CDI but reduces detonation, making it recommended for sand. How to switch between the ignition curves is described in the bike manual. Maximum performance can be reached together with an FMF exhaust system.
