This is a genuine KTM PowerParts item supplied by the motorcycle manufacturer, not an aftermarket replacement. This brake lever protection was developed for race track usage, where it is already mandatory at many races. It prevents unintentional lever actuation in the event of contact with another rider or vehicle and protects the lever from unintentional ground contact. It simply replaces the standard handlebar weight and can be mounted and removed in seconds. It is CNC machined from high-grade aluminum, extremely robust, with a high-class anodized surface including the KTM logo.
