Offroad dongle

This is a genuine KTM PowerParts item supplied by the motorcycle manufacturer, not an aftermarket replacement. The ABS dongle enables additional functions in the ABS control unit and the ECU. On Adventure models it allows an "Offroad" ABS mode, where ABS is active only on the front wheel, allowing the rear wheel to lock without ABS intervention. In "Off" mode, the ABS function is completely disabled, even after the ignition is switched back on. The "80 octane" function (up to model year 2016) reduces engine power for trips with lower fuel quality.
