Factory Start KTM 65 SX

This is a genuine KTM PowerParts item supplied by the motorcycle manufacturer, not an aftermarket replacement. This is how the factory riders start! The factory start is mounted directly on the fork. Before the start, the fork is compressed and fixed in the desired position to shift the center of gravity forwards, which largely prevents the front wheel from lifting at the start, providing greater traction. The first time the fork compresses, the fixing is released and the fork returns automatically.
