Withdrawal from the contract
Model form for consumers
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Send the completed form below by e-mail to info@uncimoto.sk or by post to the seller's registered office. Details can be found in Art. 6 of the Terms and Conditions.

Return the goods no later than 14 days from the day of withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer. We will refund the purchase price including delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment unless agreed otherwise. We are not obliged to refund the payment before the goods are returned to us or you provide proof of having sent them back.
